Marketing Advertising Plans

We use the the Enhanced Advertising Revenue to build a more robust marketing budget – allowing us to promote Jacksonville as a year-round destination. We combine this revenue source with proceeds from the Transient Lodging Tax Grants and the 50% allocation to fund $55,000 in advertising and other promotion. We work in active partnership with regional organizations such as Britt Festival, Travel Southern Oregon, other regional destinations, and winery associations on some advertising opportunities.

Marketing Committee – The advertising and promotional activities are coordinated through the Executive Director with oversight provided by the Marketing Committee. Marketing Committee members must participate in the Enhanced Advertising Package.
