For locals and visitors alike, Jacksonville Gift Certificates make the perfect gifts! Perfect for appreciation, birthday, reunion, or other special event – Give the “gift of Jacksonville.”
The Chamber Visitor Center sells Jacksonville Gift Certificates in $25 increments. They function similarly to a mall gift certificate/gift card, meaning they need to be used at merchants only in Jacksonville (and we are fortunate to have many terrific businesses).
The Chamber sells these with no service charge added as a benefit to the Jacksonville business community. Any business can accept these certificates the same way they would accept cash. They do not need to be a Chamber member to be a participating merchant.
Merchant Instructions
- Accept the certificate as a cash transaction, making change as appropriate (you do not need to be a Chamber member to accept the gift certificate).
- Take the certificate to Jacksonville Visitor Information Center (next to the Post Office) to get a full cash value refund.

The gift certificates are sold in $25.00 values in order to restrict the amount of cash change any one merchant would need to provide and to encourage usage of the gift certificates as intended.
