    Start with a full-body experience like a wonderful massage at Angelica Day Spa & Boutique, Belita Space or Jacksonville Chiropractic & Massage. These are appointment only facilities, so be sure to book ahead. Angelica also offers spa treatments, including facials, mani-pedi’s, and an infrared sauna which is a special treat on winter days.

  • Stop Two:

    It is important to keep hydrated so stop in for tea and a bottle of water at GoodBean. While you are there check out their lunch menu, yum!

  • Stop Three:

    Continue that zen feeling by talking a walk on the Woodland Trails. They start just a couple of blocks up the Britt Hill and offer easy access to nature and all of her healing aspects.

  • Stop Four:

    Ready for a bite to eat? So many options await you in Jacksonville – whether it’s a small bite, or hearty fare, we’ve got it all! Most are located on California Street, but a couple are on Oregon and Fifth Streets.

  • Stop Five:

    Take a Class!

    • The Jacksonville Community Center offers Yoga, Zumba, Tai Chi and other classes if you want to get your body moving!
    • At Miner’s Bazaar you can relax to journal, take an artistic class or just lounge.
