Dormouse Farm is a mother & daughter operated business, producing farm and artisan products. The farm is just outside Jacksonville and their farm shoppe is in the Jacksonville historic schoolhouse. Among their baked goods and products (some favorites are their Honey Bourbon Mustard, seasonal Shrubs for cocktails, hot sauce, Honey Dijon Vinaigrette, Sourdough, and dry Italian style pastas), they also have a dedicated retail space for local artisan goods from the Rogue and Applegate valleys.
